My approach to yoga is all about authenticity, inclusivity, and fun. In my classes, you'll hear plenty of imaginative cues and encouragement to explore variations that work for YOUR body. As a trauma survivor, I bring my personal experiences to the mat, believing that yoga truly is for EVERYONE.

Welcome to BrittAsana! I'm Britt, a 200-hour certified yoga teacher and Canine Conditioning Fitness Coach who's found a way to blend my love for writing with my passion for yoga. My journey into yoga began in 2021 when I moved to Houston (which instantly felt like home!) and was seeking relief from stress and chronic tension headaches. Little did I know that stepping into Loveland Yoga for a 30-day challenge would change my life!
Today, when I'm not on the mat or crafting blog posts, you'll find me in the marketing world, helping e-commerce companies turn their core values into strategic action plans. I'm also a proud dog mom to Rizza and Tiki, with Rizza's high energy and luxating patellas inspiring me to dive deep into canine fitness.
You might find me sipping on a Diet Dr. Pepper, indulging in pizza and gummy candy, or losing myself in a cozy fantasy book. Oh, and if you're up for a game of D&D, count me in! I'm thrilled to share this yoga journey with you, creating a space where we can grow, learn, and maybe even find a little magic together.
